Our Switzer industrial sandblasting machine is a sealed blast cabinet used to clean, strip, deburr or finish parts. Designed for workshops and busy garages, this sandblasting machine provides operator safety and the containment of dust and materials. Designed for easy usage, the sandblasting machine can be quickly loaded. The SBC420 model can be loaded from both the side and front of the cabinet. Made from natural rubber and vinyl blast gloves, the heavy-duty gloves allow the operator to handle the part and the blast gun safely and securely

The sandblasting machine features a perforated steel floor, which keeps the sand and particles from building up in the work area. An abrasive, large particle-separating screen filters the sand to ensure that the usable sand can be reused while the debris remains on top. There is a clean-out door to easily remove all the old abrasive material and debris.  The sandblasting machine has an internal and external powder-coated finish for extra durability and corrosion resistance. Enclosed in a strong steel casing with a heavy-duty foot pedal casing, this sandblasting machine is built for frequent industrial use. Final features include 14-gauge steel legs (SBC990 model has 12-gauge steel legs) and an external fluorescent lighting system.

Please note the SBC990 model is gun-foot-pedal operated.
