Do the products come with a warrenty?
We strive to ensure all our products supplied are in fantastic condition on arrival. However,
in the unlikely chance there are faults with the item, all our items come with a 12-month standard warranty.
We understand and fully comply with all our seller obligations and your buyer rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
To redeem a warranty, contact us to discuss options for repair, replacement or a refund.
Are there delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for all UK orders. However, due to courier restrictions, some areas may require a small surcharge. These areas include (selected postcodes): Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands.

My item arrived faulty
In the unlikely event that one of our items arrives faulty or damaged, please get in
touch, and we will be happy to collect the item and offer to either replace the
product or refund in full.
In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item, but any extra postage costs
incurred will be refunded.
*Important! *:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process or accept returns in person. We are located on private land, which only permits those authorised by the land owner.
All returns must be authorised before being arranged; any attempts to return a parcel in
person will regrettably be refused.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver products within 2-3 days (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm) once payment has been received.
If you haven’t received your order within 4-5 days, please contact our dedicated
support team at info@kmsdirect.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What materials is my item made from?
Each product page should show the item specifications, including materials and size measurements.
For specific material concerns, get in touch, and we’ll get back to you within 2 working
days.
My packages haven't arrived together?
Please accept our sincere apologies for any delay with your packages.
Due to our couriers, not all parcels may arrive at the same time within an order. This is because they can become seperated while passing through the depot and may be delivered on different vehicles.
Please allow a further 24-48 hours for the remaining package to arrive.
For further assistant please contact us with the order number and full delivery address and we'll investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.
