Great service after one year
I bought a gazebo a year ago, only opened it now. Found that the connector parts were missing. I thought, too little too late. Nothing of that: I mailed KMS and they happily even sent me a full new one. Odd to read the negative reviews saying "seller doesn't want to know of our problems". If anything, it shows even trustpilot reviews may not be what you experience yourself. Five stars, great guys.

Brilliant customer service when I had a question
I was unsure about the base requirements so I called the support line. The team was incredibly helpful and sent me a base guide PDF within minutes. The shed itself is great quality and went together without any issues. The brown colour blends beautifully with our fence.
